Active Group’s 10th Anniversary

Ten years ago, in 2001, Wayne Bulpitt set up Active Group as a 'retirement project' after leaving CIBC.  Who would have foreseen that 10 years later this retirement project would have grown to employ over 40 people in four jurisdictions?

In that time Active has become the market leader in Compliance Services and is rapidly establishing itself as the 'go to' team for advice and consultancy on all manner of financial services matters.  Our service and consultancy support varies from Compliance to Corporate Governance, including support of Fund Administration companies as well as support in Company Secretarial activities.    Active Group can assist with making applications for new funds as well as setting up and establishing new licensed companies, supporting the company from incubation and then with ongoing operational requirements.  We are happy and willing to take on all manner of projects.
