A Brief Overview
Active have a fund
services company licensed by the Guernsey Financial Services
Commission to provide fund administration services to open and
closed ended funds.
Our core focus is on the
provision of cost effective fund solutions in a reasonable time
frame. To this end we have developed rent-a-cell schemes
giving us the ability to provide fund promoters with the rapid
implementation of bespoke funds within an existing fund
framework.
Active has been at the
forefront of the move to outsourcing and works closely with various
outsource service providers. We are delighted to be working closely
