Brendon Norman-Ross, a Barrister, is a consultant at Active Compliance Services. Prior to joining Active, Brendon worked in a local law firm, primarily within civil litigation, where he was called to the Bar of England and Wales.

Prior to moving back to Guernsey with his locally born wife, Brendon worked in London with a variety of international clients, as project director, working on international brands such as Ford, Honda, Toyota, Kodak, Johnson & Johnson, McDonald’s, Faberge, Compaq, Unilever, Toshiba, Motorola, Titleist, and The Guardian.

At Active, Brendon is primarily responsible for the management of teams of consultants for special projects relating to compliance, regulatory and related services to the financial services industry. He also sits on the Board, as a non-executive director, of a significant open-ended investment company.
