Douglas has more than 15 years’ experience in the offshore finance industry, principally in the areas of fund management and fund administration. His previous career was spent with a large American financial services group, where his roles included managing a number of the group’s largest Guernsey clients as well developing the business locally. He has extensive experience in a broad range of fund types, together with expertise in the regulatory environment. He acts as a director of a number of investment management companies and listed and unlisted investment funds.
