Luciano is a funds and compliance specialist with 30 years experience in the Finance Industry and has been involved in compliance and corporate governance since 1995.　 Luciano is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds the Graduate Diploma in Law.

Between 1995 and 2001 Luciano worked for the Jersey Financial Services Commission authorising and conducting supervisory visits on all types of collective investment funds and investment businesses.

From 2001 he held the position as Head of Compliance at registered funds, trust and investment businesses within the finance industry until 2006 when he assumed responsibility as a registered Compliance Officer and Money Laundering Compliance Officer at State Street (Jersey) Limited prior to accepting the position of Director at Active Corporate Services (Jersey) Limited in July 2011
