Mark Hill
Mark has over 25 years of offshore trust, company and fund administration and corporate governance experience.
In 2004 Mark joined Maples Finance Jersey Limited as Head of Fund Administration and in 2007 was appointed Director, in 2008 he was additionally appointed as Compliance Officer and Secretary of the company. As head of the Jersey Office Mark was responsible for all operational and client related matters, reporting to the group CEO in Cayman.
In 2009 he was appointed Head of the Jersey office before accepting the position of Director at Active Corporate Services (Jersey) Limited in June 2010.
